Direct TV sucks - The whole company

So today I have called Direct TV to attempt to see if I could just get internet service.

The first person just hung up the phone. The second person, still has not come back to the line after 30 mins. I am glad I don't have a contract with them because if this is how their customer service is, I hate to see how their actual service is. I think the girl was surprised when I was still on the phone after 20 mins and she came back and asked if I was still there. These people don't care about the customer and only care to put a contract in place to make sure they get money for the shitty service they offer.
