Chase Home Morgage
Refuse to refinance, got me locked in at 10 percent intrest rate for 5 years so far, still refuse to help

I bought my home about 7 years ago, was told i could refinance after 3 years, differnt morgage company at time, chase bought it, every year after the last 3 years i bought the house, i contacted chase for refinance so i could get a lower rate, they refuse to do it, said credit score was too low, seems they love it when you are stuck paying them money to sit back on, when you cant trust anything most morgage companies tell you, which is sad, i see so many complaints about chase, hope someone will see this, that can direct us all to who to contact, i have contacted few people, even consumer affairs. Im on fixed income, had sugery, even have to take differnt meds, sugery ws heart sugery, was born with a leaking valve..
