I called last night but they were closed. So today Tues 9-27-11 called back and told them I just got my bill yest and I have 2 charges one for94.95 and the other for$99.90 ok the man i spoke to said that these were my bills and because I did not call and give them some number that was on my bill I was automatically billed. Told him I called on 8-27-11 but he said I was 4 days "Late" still don't know what thats about. Anyway back and forth asked for a supervisor... Forget that said in a meeting. But he told her or him about my complaint and he was atuhorized to take 50.00 dollars off each charge. Now I told him about 2 or 3 wks. Ago I sent the Revivgnex something like that anyway sent it back. Told me that did not matter the bill was already out and nothing he could do, so I looked in my papers and found the packing slip. When I sent back the product I wrote the ID number on the paper and told them send no more but i guess i got scammed... So now I get to pay a hundred dollars for nothing no products, by the way paied the 1.99 for the sample. My next step tbe BBB. Hope it helps
