Trying to collect on account included in recently discharged bankruptcy

I recently had a bankruptcy discharged, and One Spirit was included in it. They also have another club called Science Fiction Bookclub which was also included, but are not attempting to collect on. When contacting Allied, the collection agency attempting to collect for One Spirit, the woman on the phone not only was rude and disrespectful, but she could barely speak english, and would not listen as I attempted to explain that the account was included in my recent bankruptcy. I ended up having to yell my bankruptcy lawyers name and number into her ear, not knowing if she got the information or not, and hanging up the phone. This is the third time that I have attempted to notify them about the error (or intentional rip off) in the past 2 months. What recourse does one have??
