I went in the marchese a computer store a while ago to buy a new sound card for my computer and got one for 35 dollars i got home installed it and found it did not work so i took it back to the store most stores give you a full refund not them they said give us youre address and we will send you a check minus a restocking so since there was no other choice i sad ok.

I waited 2 weeks and got my check in the mail for like 20 dollars not he 30 i was promised after the 5 dollar restocking fee i called them and they said there fee went up and they wouldnt give me more money so i forgot about about it then i month and a half later i get a letter from them in the mail i thought allright full refund.

Nope a bill for like a hundred bucks WTF!!! No way i thought i called them and said whats going on the guy i talked to said he had no idea what was going on he no bill in my name on his computer to ignore it i did and every week i got a bill and it kept going up saying late fees applied for non payment

I called up each time and no one new what was going on and said the same thing ignore it so i did till i got a call from a bill collecter who then came to my house saying i owed 200 dollars for a sound card i bought and not pay for i told him what really happend he said he would with it if i had proof i told him i would have to find the reciept to come back the next day luckely i found that

When he came back the next day i showed it to him and he left to get his money back or whatever wich he never did since then i received three more bills from them till i made them remove my records from there computer wether the did or i not i dont know but my credit score still show that bill and has mest my credit score up and really causes me trouble and i dont know what to do to get it removed i will never shop there again and i hope no one shops there eithe
