We bought a phone from HSN and HSN sold us a cell phone, also selling the company BoostMobile as the provider. We sent the phone back, BoostMobile charged us $55.00 on our credit card and has not issued credit. HSN said to call them. Fraud on HSN and Boostmobile and payment for services not received
