Boostmobile Calltones - Answertones Customer is Denied Adjustment to account while being charged for no usage of service while technical issue still exist while daily fee still being applied ripoff

Denial of adjustment or credit while consumer could not use service she paid for due to boostmobile technical issue with (Software) vendor and hardware (Cellular Phone) I had paid for calltones but boostmobile calltones were not operable and each day they fail to fix the problem. Mean while Boostmobile continue to charge me fee for service that they placed on the account in the mist of boostmobile troubleshooting which they were unsuccessful in troubleshooting, mean while my account Accumulated from a full pre paid balance to zero balance, which Boostmobile are denying me adjustment to a full pre-paid balance adjustment. Whereas boostmobile states since the account is at zero balance boostmobile claims the problem is fixed but can not add the calltone due to the zero balance and would require me to place another full pre-paid balance while promising customer will not experience the same problem when boostmobile never resolved the customer prior troubleshooting technical issue.

Calltones never kicked in for customer cellphone but yet boostmobile claims today 7/24/07 that boostmobile had fixed the technical issue since the month of May but customer was not given verification nor was the customer contacted in regards of the technician resloving it even though customer requested the contact of boostmobile once it was resolved.
