A bank draft taken from my account, and an account that I don't even own checks for was drafted for 99.49 and then because that was taken my account was in overdraft for 35.00, I called them that same day, was told I ordered some product and that it was done online. Rep advised I would be refunded the money in 5-10 business days, and it is now the 19th of September. I went online submitted a request for someone to contact me it I just got off the phone with someone by the name of Giselle 818-255-9973. She couldn't tell me when I would get my refund but then started to insist again that I placed the order and then told me they didn't get the funds until "september" but couldn't give me a date even though they processed a cancellation for me on 8/18 the day after the charge. Then proceeds to tell me that it will take at least 15 business days for the refund and again I believe I know how to count and was insulted with her telling me that it now has to be counted from the time they got the money. So when the funds were drafted from my account on the 17th they didn't get it until September??? That would've been 11 business days until 9/1 and again she would not tell me when in September they received my funds although I saw on my end that the funds were already taken, of course they were b/c by damn acct was overdrawn!!! So now they expect me to wait for 99.49 and then she tried to say she could help me with fraud I don't know you I don't even know wtf your company even sells and then she insisted that I read their disclosures wtf did you not hear I said I have no clue who or what you are and if I called immediately after the draft occurred you think I wouldn't have known if I signed up for something that cost 99.49!!! I don't know what kind of company this is and even what services they provide and until today I have yet to go onto their website because they may try and tell me they aren't sending my refund b/c they say I visited their site, hell no give me my money back!!!
