I agree with the others about this company. I have been with them for almost 3 years. It has been H%@! With them. This company doens't want to work with you over anything. I allowed them to do a draft from my account in December. I only gave permission to draft once. They drafted on the given date, but come to my knowledge they attempted to take a 2nd draft a few days later. I was charged a NSF funds because I didn't have 2 payments in my account. They tried to charge me an extra $30 for their over charge fees of not recieving the money they tried take out the second time. I called them they seen the mistake, they were suppose refund my NSF charged because of their overdraft. I have not yet recieved that money. I would love to get out from under this company. I suggest anyone who is looking at this company to keep looking, they ain't worth it.
