Refund

My account was drafted in Nov. 2010. Once my account was drafted I called my bank to see who had drafted my account because it caused me to go into overdraft and they told me a company called milli corp. They gave me a contact number and I called milli corp and miili corp told me I would be refunded because I had called on the same day that the account was drafted. The guy I spoke with told me that it would take up to 14 days and the money would be credited back into my account. ($34.00). I told dhim that would be fines and I also asked them who gave them the authorization to draft my account that month. He told me it was procedure and I stated to him that he caused me another $30.00 because I did not know they were going to draft my account and that the funds were not in there. HE said he was sorry and that he would send the clain=m to refund and in the 14 days I would have all of it back in my account. Well now it has been 2 months and 2 weeks and I have not recieved any refund. I called them last Wednesday (1/12) and they told me that since it had been that long that refund department would have it in my account in 24 to 48 hours wll it has been another week. So I called today and spoke with a guy name Anthony and he told me another five days. I then ask to speak to a manager and he put me on hold and never transfered the call so while listening at the automated service for about 5 min the phone was tranferred back to his line when he once again put me on hold for another 5 min. After the phone transferred me back to his line again he then answered and told me he did not know where the supervisor was and that she could be in a meeting but he really didn't know. I am getting the run around from these people and all I ask for is my money for wrongfully drafting my account.
