Company drafted funds from my acct and never sent credit package ripoff artists fraud rip off scam con artists

Liberty benefits sent me a card in the mail, pre-approved. I contacted them on 7/17/01 and proceeded with enrollment.
They requested to draft funds out of my bank account as a one time fee. They tried to draft money out of my account but the funds were not available at that time. I thought I would not be able to enroll.

One month later on 8/22/01 liberty benefits drafted 221.99$ out of my bank account without my knowledge. I called and they told me I was in a non payment received file. They requested a copy of the bank statement for proof of draft. So I faxed it to them on 10/17/01 and called back in a couple of days.

They agreed my account was paid in full and they would be rushing me a package that would arive in 4-6 wks. Its been 7 months and I have received nothing...

I've tried to contact them several times and there number changes
or isnt available... How do I get my money back?
