Bullet 360
Trick you into a possible management position while doing door to door sales

Miscellaneous

I show up to my interview, which lasts only 10 minutes, to hear words that involve client relations, advertising and being creative on the team. The interviewer basically sold the company as a marketing firm. That night I recieved a call for a second interview the following day. This would be a shadow day. I was told it was more buisness casual so i did not have to wear my heals and that I would start off by seeing the office portion of the day and maybe go see some of the clients. Well I go and then sit in a conference room for about 30 minutes with 3 other people on interviews. We all get seperated and paired up with a rep, then we head out to "meet the clients". My interviewer Scott spent the morning catching up with clients from the previous day via phone calls and dropping by their offices. Then he comes to tell me that we are now going into the field and if this is not for me I can be dropped off at a bus station. Keep in mind I just moved here two weeks prior and we were 45 minutes away from where my car was parked. After being stuck for hours walking Scott tried to offer me the position and explaining the management training. I told him I was not interested. He spent the entire drive home trying to sell me the job.in the end they are nothing but a scam and a door to door sales company that promises management to young recent college grads. The current headline they are using is "We want an East Coast attitude... Sports minded."
