The amount of money shown above has accumulated during the last two yrs., in addition to the payments I have made to L.I.P.A.
The reason is very bvious to me, and supported by my cursory
knowledge of electronics & electricity... in my present location,
as in the apartment I "possessed" prior to this one, one or more of
the adjacent apartments have been/are "sharing" my electric meter
It wasn't too long ago that it was published that L.I.P.A. Had collec-
ted millions of dollars for electric current that most customers
NEVER USED... And as a "twist": those neighbors of mine (using
MY ELECTRICITY) are non-English speaking ALIENS... I do admit
that about $250 of the total is for actual use I didn't pay for...
