On Sunday september 11 I checked my bank account and noticed that pc tools had authorized a renewal in california without my authorization. I know that I didnt authorize it cause I dont use any pc tools software within the last year or two and havent renewed anyone elses. I went through my bank and they said someone had stolen my old card and or my card number and used it to renew their account. I would like to find who used my card or card number and get my money back that was taken from me.
