Walmart Super Center
Told Different Ticket Rules by Managers on Black Friday TV Sale

Walmart's customer service is horrible! They have all year to prepare for Black Friday events and still can't get it right. I called several days before the sale to ask about the TV I wanted because I had heard you needed to get there early enough for a ticket. I was told no. Then when I arrived at store was told they were sold out because you needed to be there early enough to get a ticket. So I found a manager and he told me just the opposite but to find the other manager and maybe he could help. That manager told me the opposite of the other one. So 2 managers and 5 other employees later I had been run in circles and still didn't get my product. I would of stayed home and ordered it online if I hadn't been lied to several days before. Walmart employees need to get on the same page... They have all year to prepare for this one day so I would think they would know what was going on.

So needless to say, I didn't spend a dime of the 2,000 I was going to in that store instead I went to stores that knew what they were doing and spent my money. I guarantee that everyone that I can complain to about this... Will hear my complaint including but not limited to the Better Business Bureau
