The company i work for opened vontage entrepreneur business account in July then we cancelled it in Dec. Then we got a statement from them saying we owed them $734.99, so the owner of the company called them in 2009 and thought he had cleared it up! The 4 weeks ago we get a letter from a collection company, trying to get the $734.99. I then called vontage and asked why i had got a statement saying i owed this money, after hours on the phone with no result. The money they are saying we owe them was for a annual fee oct to oct we cancelled in Dec but did tell them we had no problem paying from oct to dec when we cancelled it! And we did not think it was fair to pay for a annual fee when we had cancelled, it makes no sense to pay for something we didn't have! My frustration with them continues but with NO solution or HELP from vontage to clear this up!
