TWCSD Billing/Collection Notice

On April 15 I cancelled my TWC cable and internet service by phone and add another service installed. On April 17 I took the cable equipment to the TWC service center in my neighborhood and got a receipt for them. On May 1 I recieved a bill for service from 5/15 to 6/15 2009. I called TWC and explained that I stopped service on 4/15 and was told "THIS is a billing error" and a credit will be issued as your service was stopped on 4/15.
On or about 6/15 I received another bill for service from 6/15 to 7/15.
I called TWC and was told "YOU OWE FOR SERVICE from 5/15 to 6/15".
I explained that service was stopped on 4/15 so a bill for service from 5/15 to 6/15 was in error. I was told "This is how we do this and you owe for servive from 4/15 to 5/15 and we will not credit this account" The CRS would not transfer me to a supervisor and the hung up on me.
I then received a collection notice for service from 5/15 to 6/15 and was threatend with reporting to credit bureaus if the bill was not paid.
I sent a letter to the agency [Credit Protection Association L.P. What looks like a TWC Company] deatailing the billing error.
On Sept. 8 2009 I received another statement of Account for $ 115.96 for service from 5/15 to 6/15 2009. I have called the local TWC 5 times and was told that I owe for service from 4/15 2009 to 5/15. Again I explined that service was stopped on 4/15 so billing after that was in error. I was told yet agin by the TWC CSR that if I did not pay up TWC would send the past due amount to a collection agency which could impact my credit rating.
