They have a membership auto charge, a very tricky system that is not how most online businesses do business so they stand to win by auto-charging your card! It's great for them - you have to remember to cancel the auto-charge THRU THE 5TH OF THE MONTH or they charge you automatically. If you cancel the account with a balance left, to stop this auto charge nonsense, they don't refund you the money, and you have to spend it... BUT it's a catch 22... You can't see the shoes if you cancel because you no longer have an account! So you have to remain a member to spend your balance, but if you don't cancel they auto charge you. You can't remove your credit card if you are a member. You would have to cancel the card! You can "re-join" at any time, but then you open yourself up to the autocharge situation again.
