Cars & Transport

I was talked into buying a trailblazer from this auto dealership. I was not pleased with the seats so I was promised they would recover. We stayed at the dealership to closing. Everyone pulled off to go home and we were the last to leave, when we got into the car to start it the engine light came on. The next day I took the car back and told them I did not want it. They have a policy that says within three days you can bring the car back for any reason. The sales manager begged me to keep the car and said write down everything that is wrong with it and we will fix it. I wrote down everything, cd player does not work, shortage in the left and rear speaker, and the chime for door ajar or seat belt not fastened, the brakes squeal and the steering wheel tightens up when driving, and when I go over sixty miles per hour the vehicles starts shaking. They told me to come back that Monday and I did the service man kept taking the code off of the vehicle to make the engine light go off. I know this because I took it to two mechanics and they advised me of this. I took the car back a total of six times each time when I picked the vehicle up the light was off. Then it would come back on. He said there is nothing wrong with the suspension on the car but he never tried to find out why it shakes, he said there is nothing wrong with the brakes but they squeal so loud people turn around and look. They did not honor the promise of fixing everything that was wrong. The service man kept telling me it is not in the warranty, I advised him that the sales manager promised me all these things would be fixed, he told me to take it up with him. I spoke with the sales manager and he said he was going to talk to the owner as it was not fair. The service manager has avoided my calls every since. I have a vehicle that could possible kill me, I was driving and the steering well went out, it would not turn or anything, got back in started it up then it turns. When I drive it goes off to the side and still tightens up, if I get over 60 mph the vehicle starts to shake. I do not have the money to get it fixed because I am on disability and work very part time taking care of the elderly and need reliable transportation.
