Streamline Loan Passed Between Five Processors Without Closing

I called Bank of America in Oct or Sept. to start a streamline and they have passed my loan to 5 different processors. The processors start then transfer the loan to someone else. I have contacted the office of the president the loan still has not closed. It is now Jan 21,11. What is really going on with this company.
