Netflix offer completed on June 22, 220 credits never received

I completed the offer from Netflix for 220 credits. I called Netflix, and they sent me a note saying I completed everything and should get my credits. Today I got a note from TrialPay saying there is no record of it, even though I sent them the note from Netflix saying it was completed. I did this on June 22. I did the free trial and have so far paid for 2 months. I don't think this is Netflix's fault; I see it as Facebook's fault. My third payment will be due this month, and there are still no credits. It reads that it should only take 1 business day to get the credits after you submit to be a member. I thank you in advance for looking into this situation.
