Elliptical Arm Keeps Loosening and Leg Broke, Warranty Repairs Not Completed

I paid over $900 for an elliptical from sears. I purchased an extended warranty. The arm would not stay attached while in being used. This has not been corrected after 15 month. Approx. Every 10 min you have to get off and tighten the arm. Approx 4 month ago the leg broke this is not fixed. The machine is not usable. It is still under warranty. When we call we continuously get attitude.
