HP Cyberlink review

Miscellaneous

I am a loyal HP buyer since the early 90s both computers and printers.
I purchased a Touchsmart 600 that had a DVD suite deluxe inside it. It would not work with Hi Def stuff so i paid to upgrade with cyberlink to a Power2Go Cyberlink is a total rip off. (DON’T BUY IT, in my opinion it’s A SCAM) On 11-12 I purchased with the extended download option and purchased the cd to be delivered. After submitting 8 different support tickets to them in the last 90 days, I will get a response with no attachments and no cd had been delivered. I guess they want me to buy their phone service at a cost of $30 for 60 days to make them feel like they should respond. Well I am not going to buy the phone service since it is problem as bad as their support ticket program. But I will file a complaint with every consumer board and web site i can find. If anyone knows of any sites that would be a help please let me know.

I now have gone on the net to find seemingly hundreds with the same problem dating back several years.

WHY WOULD HP PUT THIS INSIDE THEIR COMPUTERS? Is Cyberlink a part of HP? If so I have purchased my last HP.
