I can't say that I knew I was scammed. I didn't. I was mislead. My daughter-in-law had told me of a Home Warranty that they had and she gave me a name and I put it in the computer checking on it, but the caller who contacted me claimed to be the company that my daughter-in-law had recommended and I fell for it. Because of this I have tried to contact these people to stop my membership and get all sorts of other companies instead of the one I thought I had.

This morning a charge went through to my bank using my checking account number and I didn't recognize the name at all or the company. I put in what the bank had as a name in Google and came up with pages of complaints and companies selling all sorts of products under that name. All scams and rip offs, so I stopped payment before this went through my bank. The company that put the charge into my bank was called FBK Products. I had written a check to SBK Home Warranty in May and thought I had purchased a good home warranty on my equipment like the furnace, dish washer, etc: They have now put through a charge of $109.95 to "continue" my warranty but under a different name. This company, if it exists, has an answering service but directs you to dial 1, for joining their company as a salesman, 2 for being part of a team, and so forth and so on, but you don't get a person.

I am sure they will try to force me to pay again, but I purchased something that was not even what I thought I had and I have stopped payment on the charge, but can't seem to find a real person to cancel anything I had in the first place.

What do I do?
