Ripoff sent letter of comfirmation still didn't get product cannot reach them by phone or email

In March I ordered tomato trees.in April I got a letter of confirmation that my product was being processed for shipment on May 20th.
It is June 12th and I still do not have it.
It is impossible to reach them by phone, as it is always busy.
They also do not respond to letters I have sent.
