Ripped me off, make me come to give him a massage and didn't pay

He called me and asked me to do outcall to his apartment in downtown LA. At the end of session, he said he was going to take money out of ATM. Then he came back and said he would need to go another ATM and asked for a ride. I went out with him, waited in my car and never saw him back. I called and called and he didn't respond.
