Kenmore broken part in washer. - Home Warranty Service

This company is the biggest rip off around. DO NOT get involved with them. I tired to get a small part on my washing machine fixed and they told me it was under warranty - which is definitely is not as I checked with the manufacturer. The basket on the washer has a lifetime guarantee, but not any other part. This company's excuse was that as far as anything connected to the washer (any part), it is under the company warranty, (sound fishy to you?).

This is the poorest excuse I've ever had of from a home warranty company - all they want is your money and then not fix things covered under their own warranty???
