No good warranty

I purchased a 2 yr. Warranty last Aug. 2010 and didn't need service till 3 mo. Later. The 1-877 # is not in service. I looked on the warranty and there was a reg.
Number, but only get a recording saying to refer to their website. I did that and got no reply until almost 2 wks later. What kind of service is that? I tried to cancel thru my cc co. But they say that because I didn't cancel in the 1st 30 days it is a valid charge.
So now what? I'm out $670. If I can never get in touch w/them.
