T Mobile Customer service Dissatisfaction

I place an order for an upgrade of my phone from Blackberry to G2 just before Christmas and I received the phone few days later. Lo and behold, I learned that the deal in best buy was much better and the phone was cheaper by $200 so I called up and asked the customer service and was told that each company has their own promotions and if I want I can return the phone using the accompanying mailing label back to them and they will have my account updated and I would be eligible to an upgrade again once the phone is received. I called them on Jan. 11 and was told that they didn't receive the phone and the mailing label I used was for phone recycling... I was upset for giving me wrong instructions and now I have to wait for a week for the research team to look for the phone. Not only that I was surprised when same customer agent told me that I don't have unlimited text plan which I used to have. I don't recall ever changing my plan online nor did I placed a call to have it change. Clearly, one of their staff changed my plan either by accident or intentionally.
