I wanted to ask one question. I did, the answer was nothing ground breaking but it did lead me to make the right phone call which ultimately solved my issue. My contention is not with my one question and one answer, but that somehow after that I was signed up as a premium member with unlimited questions... This was never my intention when using the website. They charged me three more times, unfortunately it took me that long to catch it. I never visited the sight until today to cancel. Not sure where I went wrong but I will never use the service again.
