Satellite Improperly Installed

According to FCC restrictions example supply to me by my manager at my apartments the satellite was improperly installed and was going to be removed Monday Aug 8th. I have a 2 year contract with direct tv so I was very concerned. I was told if it was corrected the satellite would not be moved. I immediately called customer service to tell them about this. Thought they would be concerned and care about their customers needs.
I was informed that they would have to schedule a re-install appt. I wasnt worried I thought they would just correct and of course no charge the error was theirs or the insurance I pay for would covered it. Again I was wearing rosed covered glasses. I would be charged for this appt even though it was their mistake. Dont they need to follow FCC restrictions and building codes when installing satellites? I dont no this answer and I refused to pay for this appt. I didnt do the installation. So I guess I will be paying for cable the next 2yrs but I wont be watching any cable. They arent concerned at all they know I have a contract they are satisfied cause they are still getting paid. Do I have any rights I need to no about? Please comment.
