I moved to the area from florida at the beginning of June. I had time warner cable installed on June 11 and since that time we have had four service calls and our dvr/cable box exchanged three times. On Friday, Aug 31 I watch a recorded show on my dvr from Thurs and the pictured was distorted. I called TWC and the service rep said I could have an appt on Tues Sept 4th I was not happy with that and asked for a supervisor... What i got was another service rep and she offered me the earliest appt of Wed sept 5th. I asked what happened to the appt on the 4th and was told it was gone already. I requested getting a brand new box and not one of these refurbished ones they keep giving me. They said all they can do is put a note in their system and see what happens on wed the 5th.
I have asked on several occassions to speak to whoever is in charge of customer service. No one seems to know who that might be or have a number to get in touch with said person. I feel my hands are tied because my neighborhood has many trees and I cannot get a direct tv signal. Please Help!
