Bad installation Los Angles

In July I had a DirecTV unit installed by BCK and hours after installation I been getting 771 (searching for satellite) after dealing with BCK for a month or less I decided to call DirecTV, and was getting the run around. On this optional insurance, I was told it was covered then was told it is not covered that went on for about a month and?

I then started doing charge backs on the account that was never authorized until the came out and had someone fix this problem, it is now Nov 25 the tech came out (not BCK) and he said it was a bad installation from day one on the work order notes that I signed off, so he ended up re-installing the satellite dish. New cables, replaced a flat cable that was defective. Added a jumper cable to the switch, now I can get satellite service thanks to this tech that made sure that the single was 94 instead of 0.

So I called DirecTV and was told they wont give me a $603.00 credit they don't care if I did not have a single to watch the services. That was the end of that. I was promised a DVD player when I first applied and I still did not get that. I even found out this evening that 2 pay per views was ordered, NFL Red Zone was ordered, NBA ticket was ordered, for a satellite that got no single there sure is a lot of stuff being ordered. And when the supervisor made the work order for Nov 25 she said depending what the tech says will determine if they waive the bill and start fresh, again another empty promise.

And as soon as you mention the Attorney word they say we have to hang up since you said the attorney word. I am filing a complaint with the California State attorney generals office, BBB, FTC and I suggest anyone that had or has a problem do the same thing.
