Please explain

Complaints
all complaints are of the same nature. Everyone is complaining about their car. I too had a warranty problem, but my bigger problem was, sitting their for 5 hours waiting to get if fixed. So between drivng in, and back home again, the whole thing took me 7 hours. I paid good money for the car, and should not have to spend 7 hours of my time to get it fixed, so the least can do is reimburse for my time
