Have work done on my 2003 ford exployer at dealership

I am writing this to inform you that I own a 2003 ford exployer xlt and I had some problem with it and I had it towed to Ed Schmid Ford where they were to fix it they illuminated all manufactures security devices and power locks and said they have fixed it. I went to pick it up and had to wait for them to charge the battery and before I got home it did the same thing as it was doing at first and would not start when I got home So Now I am out of my money and my exployer still not running.
