Buyer Beware!

I went to this location to get the alignment on my truck fixed. I paid this $800 because they said the problem was the frame needed to be repaired. I paid them this amount because they said it would fix the problem. Took my car home and found out it didn't fix the problem. I took my car back 3 times trying to get the problem fixed and every time they never could fix the problem. Then on the 4th time of picking it up they said another part needed to be fixed and it would cost upwards to $1200. I told him I wasn't willing to spend that kind of money because I was told my problem would be fixed for what I paid him the first time. Then I called back later to ask for either the problem to be fixed or a refund. He said he wasn't willing to work with me and he wouldn't do that. I then told him I would report him to the BBB and he said he knew where I lived and he would come beat me up if I reported his company. The person who threated me was Ron Ussery the owner of the company. Please use caution when considering this company!
