Great service

We bought a lg 50 inch tv planning a remodle, 5 months later when we were just about done, we opened the box to find every peice of styrofoam broken and the glass looked like it was kicked and hit with a hammer. Very disapointed next day we drive to hhgregg and return it. Guy comes out and asks if it works we said no and we returned it even though we bought it in august! Very happy
