Repair Service rip-offs

Do not go to HHGregg for service. I have only had a DVD/VCR recorder and for 7 months. And has only worked for three weeks total. Had it in for service and it was returned after several weeks still stopping during DVD play even with new DVD's at 45 minutes of play time. This is the second product I have bought at HHGregg this year and nether come back fixed or operating correctly. Service is a joke at the Clarksville, Indiana store. Now all I have is over $400.00 of junk, which is not even a year old.
