Customer service - TV's

I bought a LCD TV during thanksgiving sale. I was exciting about it. After I arranged a truck to pick up the TV, found out the TV has been opened and resealed. I called the store right away and the manager was very irresponsible and even accuse that I might broken the TV. It was thanksgiving sale, I returned other good deal from best buy instead of buying from hhgregg. This is my first experience with them and very disappointed. After all the trouble that I went through just to bring the TV back home and found out it's been opened and got bad service from store manager after complain to him. I think once it's enough, I will never go back.
