I purchaced one of there straight talk phones at walmart the phone had trouble with picture texting, keypad numbers i have to repunch in the numbers, would be talking and loose connection with people in seconds of calls. They wouldnt send me a replacement without me sending my phone first and i had talked to a manager named Mia and she told me she could so i wouldnt be without a phone i waited for 2 weeks and didnt recieve it so i called again and got the run around they record every conversation but tried to say they didnt know who i talked too i told them that i travel and have a ill mother and cant be without a phone they wanted me to buy another one while my phone was being replace i told them they were (Inappropriate Content Removed) crazy why would i pay for a phone and use it only until i get mine back i would just keep the other phone
