Poor customer service

I have bought several RC Airplane products from Horizon Hobby. It use to be a place that give great "customer service after the sale"... However... This has changed.

Due to an incompetent shipping department, my account has been debited for $193.49 for a plane that I told them to cancel the order... Because THEY SAID... They could not deliver it. I only canceled the order because they said the could not deliver it to the address I requested. However, the did debit my bank account and I asked them to call me and return the money... But no one will call me.
