I purchased a put-together black metal frame from Hobby Lobby in Augusta, Ga on Sept. 26. The two frame sides were in each pack wrapped in cellophane for 11.99 ea. I purchased two packs. I tried to return the frames on Oct 1 to Hobby Lobby. A store manager was called to the refund counter and she said I could not return them because they had been unwrapped or were not damaged. The frame did not fit my picture. Hobby Lobby lost a customer today.
