We bought an Apprentice RC plane for our boys as a Christmas present last year. They finally put it together this summer and flew it under the instruction of their tutor.

I was disheartened that we had problem with the charger and the battery right off the bat, but our tutor encouraged us to contact Horizon. I didn't hold much hope, but lo and behold, they send us replacements for both!

We then had two freaky accidents that made our instructor suspect the receiver. And he found evidence online that people have been having problems with that model receiver. Horizon not only replaced all our broken parts but sent us a new model receiver! Now where can you get better customer service than that?!

If you ever fly RC planes, there is no better company to go with than Horizon Hobby. Highly recommended!
