Sears problems with customer service review

I have had nothing but problems with sears. It started off with they couldnt get my order stright on the size of the washer and dryer I needed. It has been since october '10 that I have ordered my washer and dryer with 0% intrest and still haven't recieved a bill or my credit card from them... Then when you call customer service to find out where it is, they tell you to pay it over the phone and that I will have to pay all the late fees. I have never been late with any of my bills. I also have never been treated so horribly by anyone as the customer service people at sears. I am telling everyone I know to never ever buy anything from there. My parents are loyle customers and they cannot believe how they have treated me. So neadless to say... They will NEVER have my service again!!! I will find somewhere else to go.
