Does not honor return policy

I Bought a product online and approached them inside the return interval to get a RMA number. They've been belligerent and rude and obviously don't comprehend their particular plan. Plan states 15 days from when bundle is obtained and workers believe it is 15 times from when deal is shipped. They've been excessively rude and unhelpful. HORRIBLE customer support. Despite reduced costs, it's not worth needing to cope with them if you want something following the purchase. Pay a bit more and have reassurance!!
