Return Policy

Organization promotes on the site a no hassle return policy. Attempted to come back a product bought there a couple of days before in unique bundle; unopened plus they wouldn't provide me a reimbursement with no bill. I bought having a charge card & most merchants do provide discounts if bought through bank card. No-hassle return policy is just a laugh!!! They have to condition to clients their plan when acquisitions are created. I told them to maintain their shop credit when I am never returning there again. Unhelpful store-manager who'd not assist me whatsoever.
