I bought an adapter for my MacBook and required FedEx 2nd time. Works out the purchase was ended since the delivery and payment details were various (section of their scam plan). This plan wasn't mentioned on the site, and that I didn't get the e-mail that customer support stated they sent after I named them 6 days later. The client support people set me on-hold for fifteen minutes, were really rude and condescending, and may not provide in whatever way to repair this issue. After I suggested that I really could spot a brand new purchase, but that I believed improving my delivery to FedEx 2nd time free of charge will be a fair payment for that trouble and disappointment to make contact with me on the component, the client support broker declined and was very rude.

I'd not recommend one to purchase something out of this site, and truly wish this organization changes its customer support perspective. They do not appear to understand that offending clients by not taking responsibility due to their errors, and by being rude and unhelpful isn't a great plan.
