Hired this guy to do an internet website and facebook page, we signed a contract, that stated it would be done in 2 weeks, I paid 330.00 up front, was suppose to pay 220.00 when finished. It has been 4 months, he basically did not do a thing, he never finished and told me he did not have time to finish, he wanted me to give him the last 220.00 so he could hire someone to do the website for me. He no longer answers my phone calls nor my emails. I paid with paypal, but it was longer than the 45 days and he told me that it was to late for me to file a complaint through paypal to get my money back.
