Paid for pictures and over 12 weeks and have not received what I PAID fo

I was at a karate tournament on June 9 this photography company was there and I had my child take pictures with these photographers that seemed to b professionals. At that time my child took his pictures and I was told that I should receive his pictures within 6 to 8 weeks. Now it's been much longer than that. Today is the 12th of September and I still do not have the pictures. Those pictures cannot b done over cus you will never get my son to do it the same as he did that day. I have sent over 10 emails I have spoken to them over the phone over 7 times. I even sent them a message on their Facebook page and they wanted to act like they were offended because I wanted to know where my pictures were. At first I was told they had a flood. Then I was told they would b posted on their Facebook page so I can see it there and share it if I wanted to as well as I was gonna get an email of the picture. None of that happened. A few weeks ago I received an email with the picture after sending over 6 emails. Then I was told I should receive the pictures soon after that because they are located in Jacksonville which should only take a day or do to get to me after they would be mailed out. That was about 4 weeks ago. I have all the emails. Still no pictures. Now I go to their website it has been suspended. I paid in cash for this pictures. These are memories that cannot be replaced or done over. I want my pictures. The man on the phone kept telling me that the pictures were taking a little longer than usual because he didn't want to send me the picture that would b of low quality.
