Ripoff scam NO Refund

I join on 12/04/04 but never received my membership kit. I have sent a total of 10 emails and none of them were ever answered. To this date I have yet to receive a refund. When I joined they took PayPal, which I paid thru. The website went down for awhile and when it came back up they no longer took PayPal only e-gold. I checked the website today and it is GONE!

They claimed, on the website, that the following is their corp. Office.
In Touch Inc.
204-A King St
Lexington, Ky. 40515

The PayPal payment went to a "Sonia Niedrist". PayPal email is
"paypal@clericalgear.com.
